How it works
Complete HRSG cleaning easily while offline
PressureWave Plus cleanings can be completed in parallel to regularly scheduled gas turbine maintenance, reducing plant downtime.
No scaffolding needed
A special lance is introduced into the area between the pressure part modules. A bag at the end of the lance is then inflated with a combustible mixture which is ignited remotely.
No damage to tubing during cleaning
The resulting pressure wave and tube vibrations dislodge deposits without damaging tubing, and is repeated in many locations. This provides a more effective and efficient cleaning as compared to traditional HRSG cleaning methods.
A fast, deep cleaning
Once the HRSG tubing is thoroughly cleaned, the debris is removed from the floor of the unit.
