Product features

The LM2500’s high efficiency helps reduce operating costs, plant emissions, and reliance on the local grid.

A lightweight and compact modular configuration which improves constructability and accessibility for maintenance.

With its dual fuel capability, including singular annular combustor (SAC) or GE’s latest dual fuel dry low emissions (DLE) technology, the LM2500 delivers performance with low emissions in a variety of situations and water availability scenarios.

The LM2500’s cycling capability allows multiple daily starts and stops. Combined with its fast response free spinning power turbine, it provides a strong solution to grids with penetration of renewable generation.

Equipped with an optional clutchless synchronous condenser capability, the LM2500 is able to regulate reactive power for challenging grids without the need for an expensive and complicated clutch.
