7F.04 Gas Turbine (60 Hz)

F-class gas turbines were the first to achieve 50 million operating hours, 1 million starts, single-digit NOx emissions, a firing temperature greater than 2,400˚F, and operation with Arabian Super Light (ASL) as a fuel.

  • Applications include power generation, cogeneration, and industrial power
  • 99 percent reliability that delivers the power you need during peak demand
  • 11-minute fast start enabling increased revenue and dispatchability during peak demand
  • 3D aerodynamic hot gas path for enhanced performance
  • 18-stage enhanced compressor for improved performance, maintainability, and operability
  • Low fuel pressure requirements that reduce need for on-site fuel compressor
  • Industry-leading Dry Low NOx 2.6 combustion system lowers emissions, offers flexibility on a wide range of natural gas or distillate fuel
  • 29 percent turndown in 2x1 combined-cycle applications that enables wider operation range, provides spinning reserve capability, and lowers fuel burn when operating at reduced load
  • Single crystal materials and directionally solidified blades that extend maintenance intervals and lengthen component life
