Carol Anderson, 46, is Vice President, Human Resources for GE Commercial Finance, serving in this role since September 2002. Anderson joined GE in 1986. She has spent her 16-year tenure in various leadership development, executive compensation and HR management roles at GE Capital and GE Corporate. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Ithaca College and an MBA from Columbia University.
