STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 2003--GE Corporate Financial Services' Retail and Restructuring Group is the lead administrative agent for $2 billion in exit financing being provided to Kmart Corp. in connection with the company's emergence today from bankruptcy protection.
