Mr. Graham will join GE from Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., where he is a partner whose practice has focused on commercial litigation, international disputes and criminal defense matters. While at Williams & Connolly, Mr. Graham litigated matters across many different areas from constitutional law and intellectual property to administrative law and securities law.
