ATLANTA, GEORGIA (May 14, 2003) --- GE Power Systems announced today that it will supply 315 wind turbines, representing more than 470 megawatts of power, to FPL Energy for projects across the U.S. that are expected to begin producing electricity later this year.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA (May 12, 2003) --- GE Power Systems announced today the successful completion of its acquisition of Jenbacher AG of Austria, a global manufacturer of reciprocating engines for power generation.
Over 95% of Jenbacher's outstanding shares were tendered by April 25, the end of the offer period, paving the way for GE to complete the transaction. Today's closing was the final step in the acquisition which had previously received all of the required regulatory approvals.

DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY (May 6, 2003) --- GE Wind Energy, a business unit of GE Power Systems, today announced that under a contract reactivation it will supply Energía Hidroeléctrica de Navarra, S.A. (EHN) of Spain with 200 1.5-megawatt wind turbines for use in projects being developed across Spain.
