As treasurer, VanBelle will be responsible for global funding and liquidity, capital structure, cash management and treasury services for all of GE's worldwide operations. VanBelle will also continue as the Capital Markets leader for GE Capital, reporting both to GE CFO Jamie Miller and GE Capital President Alec Burger.
