Ge赢得为中国重要电厂提供2600mw电力设备的合同

中国北京 - 2016年1月22日, GE今天宣布与华能国际电力股份有限公司（华能国际）和中国电力国际发展有限公司（中电国际）分别签订了合同，为新建的华能山西太行电厂和中电国际大别山电厂二期项目各提供两台汽轮发电机组，助力满足中国北部和中部日益增长的电力需求。

GE将为华能山西太行电厂提供两台超临界汽轮机及两台发电机，每台机组出力660 MW。太行电厂位于中国北部的山西省，其1320MW的发电能力将用于满足北京、天津和河北地区的电力需求，促进该区域的经济发展。提供给该项目的机组计划于2017年底交付。

GE与华能国际电力股份有限公司已经有10余年的长期合作，并为其平凉电厂二期项目和罗源电厂分别提供了汽轮发电机组和塔式锅炉。

GE还将为大别山电厂二期项目提供两台660MW超超临界汽轮发电机组。作为中国湖北省的骨干电厂之一，大别山电厂二期项目将满足该地区不断攀升的电力需求，进一步提高区域电网的可靠性。提供给该项目的机组计划于2017年中交付。

GE在2008年成功为大别山电厂提供了设备，并有出色表现。此前，中国电力国际发展有限公司与GE在中国众多重要的能源项目中均有过合作。

2016年1月25日 - 中国青岛 通用电气（GE）公司与海尔集团（海尔）依据1月15日签署的全球战略合作框架协议成立联合工作小组，全面推进在工业互联网、智能制造、消费者医疗等领域的战略合作，并将首次推动GE Predix作为工业互联网平台在国内制造业的相关应用， 共同探索通过“互联网+”助力中国制造和产业升级。

Ge公司将以54亿美元向海尔出售家电业务

美国康涅狄格州费尔菲尔德市 - 2016年1月15日 - 通用电气（GE）公司今天宣布签署明确协议，以54亿美元向青岛海尔股份有限公司（海尔）出售GE家电业务，此交易已经获得GE公司和海尔董事会的批准，但仍需获得海尔股东和政府监管部门批准并满足惯例成交条件。预计可以在2016年中正式完成交易。

GE公司董事长兼首席执行官杰夫·伊梅尔特表示：“海尔致力于其家电业务在全球的增长，我们很高兴能把我们的家电业务出售给海尔。过去这段时间，GE家电业务的良好业绩吸引了潜在买家们的浓厚兴趣。最终达成的交易将惠及我们的投资者、客户和员工。”

此次交易的估值是GE家电业务过去12个月的税息折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）的10倍。预计在交易完成时将增加大约0.20美元的税后每股收益。GE预期在今年利用这笔收益抵消2016年的业务重组费用，并将于1月22日的2015年度第四季度盈利业绩公报上披露更多关于此次交易和业务重组的信息。作为交易的一部分，GE与海尔达成长期协议，后者将继续使用GE家电的品牌。美国肯塔基州路易维尔市将继续作为GE家电的总部。
