2016년 5월 10일, 한국, 서울 - GE(NYSE: GE)의 사업부인 ‘GE파워’는 오늘 두산건설의 배열회수보일러(HRSG) 사업 인수 계약을 체결 했다고 밝혔다. 인수 가격은 3000억원이다. GE파워는 이번 HRSG사업 인수로 HRSG기술이 적용된 복합화력발전 솔루션에 대한 늘어나는 수요를 충족하고, 고객에게 포괄적인 솔루션을 제공하게 된다.
