Paul A. McElhinney, 43, is Vice President, Legal Operations, for GE Transportation. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at GE Commercial Finance, Capital Aviation Services. Previously, McElhinney had a succession of legal positions at GE Capital Aviation Services at its Shannon, Ireland, facility.
