SHANNON, Ireland - October 7, 2015 - GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced its Regional Aircraft Group delivered two new leased Bombardier Q400 NextGen turboprop aircraft to low-cost carrier Nok Air under a purchase-and-leaseback transaction.GECAS completed a similar purchase-and-leaseback with the carrier in 2014, also for two factory-new Q400 NextGen aircraft.

SHANNON, Ireland - September 30, 2015 - GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced a purchase-and-leaseback transaction with Malindo Airways for six new Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Four of the aircraft have delivered to Malindo Air. The remaining two are scheduled for delivery in October. Malindo Air, headquartered in Malaysia, currently operates a fleet of 24 aircraft to more than 30 destinations.
FAIRFIELD, Conn.-September 11, 2015-The Board of Directors of GE (NYSE: GE) today declared a $0.23 per share dividend on the outstanding common stock of the Company payable October 26, 2015 to shareowners of record at the close of business on September 21, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2015.
