2014年11月14日，新疆石河子 -- 近日，GE医疗中国与石河子大学医学院第一附属医院（以下简称石河子一附院）正式签署合作协议，共同建立新疆地区首家面向脑卒中重大疾病防治的“GE脑卒中筛查示范中心”。该中心的成立旨在运用双方在医疗设备、技术和临床方面的优势，共同推进脑卒中防治工作在新疆地区的深入开展，有效提升脑卒中疾病防治知识普及，从而帮助控制和降低脑卒中发病风险。
伴随着城镇化、老龄化进程的加快，我国心脑血管病呈现易发、高发态势。根据脑卒中筛查与防治工程统计数据分析，我国65岁以下的劳动力人群的卒中患者占了近50%，卒中年轻化的趋势日渐明显，防治形势异常严峻。此次GE医疗携手石河子一附院建立脑卒中筛查示范中心，是积极面对脑卒中重大疾病挑战、配合国家卫计委推进脑卒中防治、助力提升西部地区大众健康水平的一次最佳实践。中心成立后，双方将在筛查防治网络建设、基层医师技能培训、高危人群管理及脑卒中知识宣传等多个方面进行广泛合作。
