新推出的2.3-116低风速机组，采用国际先进集成产品开发模式（IPD）及平台化开发经验。其叶轮直径为116米，扫风面积达到10,568平方米，相当于约25个篮球场的大小。通过先进载荷控制技术，其塔筒重量仅为145吨，在复杂地形的项目中使用可大大降低业主的运输吊装成本。
