HANOI, Vietnam-October 26, 2015-GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Vietnam Atomic Energy Agency (VAEA) that is aimed at enhancing the agency’s understanding of light water reactor technology and nuclear project management. The agreement calls for GEH and VAEA to cooperate to promote training and development of qualified human resources associated with the civilian nuclear power program in Vietnam.

在目前用于波音787梦想飞机的发动机中，GEnx-1B发动机有如下独特之处： -是波音787飞机的首选发动机，占60%的份额。 -燃油消耗最低：在3000海里的航程中，GEnx-1B发动机在波音787飞机上具有2.3%的燃油优势，这个优势将随航程的增加而进一步提高。 -最高的可靠性：签派可靠率达99.96%，比竞争对手发动机的下发率低25%。 -更少的氮氧化物排放：氮氧化物排放量比目前规定的限值低55%，其它限排气体的排放量低90%。
