Digital Planet 2017, a study by the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Massachusetts, measured the digital evolution of 60 countries, evaluating supply and demand conditions, institutional environment and innovation and change. It ranked New Zealand among the Stand Out nations, classed as having high levels of development and innovation.
