Cebu Pacific Signs 12-Year OnPoint Solution Agreement

LE BOURGET, France -- June 16, 2009 -- Philippine low-fare carrier Cebu Pacific has signed a 12-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation's Services business for the maintenance and overhaul of the CFM56-5B* engines powering the airline's fleet of Airbus A320 family aircraft.

The agreement, which covers the --5B engines powering recently announced fleet of 10 purchased A320s, is valued at more than $100 million U.S. over the life of the contract.

Delta Air Lines Signs 10-Year GE90 OnPoint Solution Agreement with GE Aviation

EVENDALE, OH -- June 12, 2009 -- Delta Air Lines has signed a 10-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance and overhaul of the GE90-110B1L2 engines, powering its entire Boeing 777-200LR fleet.

"We are pleased to enter this agreement with General Electric," said Bob Currey, Delta TechOps Managing Director -- Supply Chain. "GE is an established engine maintenance provider that has partnered with Delta to help us maintain a safe and reliable 777-200 LR fleet."

J-AIR Signs 10-Year OnPoint Solution Agreement for Its CF34-8E Engine Fleet

June 12, 2009

TOKYO -- J-AIR Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, has signed a 10-year OnPointsm solution agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of its new CF34-8E engines powering 10 Embraer ERJ170 aircraft.

Delivery of the ERJ170 aircraft to the airline began in 2008.

EVENDALE, OH -- March 17, 2009 -- As the aviation industry deals with the global economic downturn, GE Aviation's Services business is providing stable, long-term revenues while helping customers cope with the challenging environment.

GE Aviation has an installed base of more than 8,000 engines in service, while CFM International, a 50/50 joint company of GE and Snecma (SAFRAN Group), has more than 13,000 engines in service. They are the foundation for GE Aviation's Services, with 2008 revenues approaching $7 billion.
