FLORENCE, ITALY (March 26, 2003) --- GE Oil & Gas has received a contract of nearly US$28 million to revamp and upgrade liquefied natural gas (LNG) process train #1 at the Atlantic LNG Company's production facility in Point Fortin, Trinidad and Tobago.
Train #1 is composed of six turbo compressors driven by Frame 5/2C gas turbines. GE Oil & Gas will upgrade the gas turbines to Frame 5/2 D technology which will increase the output of each unit by 13%, to 43,700 HP.

March 24, 2003 -- Hong Kong - Air Hong Kong today announced that it has placed a $100 million order for GE CF6-80C2 engines to power six firm, two option Airbus A300-600F -General Freighter- aircraft scheduled for delivery in 2004 and 2005.
Air Hong Kong will use the new aircraft to expand its operations. The cargo carrier currently serves routes to Tokyo and Bangkok from its Hong Kong hub and plans to expand its operations within the Asian region.
