Second Major Financing for ArcLight Capital Partners Arranged by GE Energy Financial Services

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 28, 2005--GE Energy Financial Services announced today that it has completed the financing and syndication, with its affiliate, GE Capital Markets, Inc., of a $72.8 million senior debt facility for a portfolio of eight power and transmission projects owned by ArcLight Capital Partners. This is the second major financing led by GE Energy Financial Services and GE Capital Markets for ArcLight.

Record Sales of GE's Large Commercial Engines

December 22, 2005 -- EVENDALE, OH - 2005 has been a record-breaking year of sales for GE's newest large commercial engines, the GE90 and GEnx, with more than 750 engines ordered.
The GE90 engine family has sold more than 240 engines in 2005, including a record 225 of the higher thrust GE90-115B engines. Boeing selected the GE90-115B engines as the exclusive power for the fast-selling 777-300ER, 777-200LR and the 777 freighter. The value of the GE90 engines sold this year exceeds $4.5 billion.

December 20, 2005 -- EVENDALE, Ohio - The Advanced Upgrade kit being installed in Southwest Airlines' fleet of CFM56-3 engines is having a positive impact on the environment by significantly reducing fuel burn and carbon dioxide emissions.
CFM56-3 engines power the Boeing 737 "Classic" series of aircraft and were produced from 1984 to 1997 by CFM International (CFM), a 50/50 joint company between Snecma and General Electric Company.

GE Awarded $178 Million Contract for T700 Engine Overhaul Support and Fleet Conversion

December 19, 2005 -- LYNN, Mass. - The United States Army has awarded General Electric Company a contract valued at $178 million for 2006 to continue overhaul support of T700 engines at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) and convert engines to the T700-GE-701D configuration in support of the Army's current fleet transformation.
Potential value of the contract to GE over the next five years, based on estimated workload at CCAD, is $1.5 billion.

Korean Air Selects GEnx Engine To Power Boeing 787 fleet in $240 Million Engine Deal

December 14, 2005 -- EVENDALE, Ohio - Korean Air has selected the GEnx engine to power its order for 10 firm, 10 option Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
The value of the firm engine order is more than $240 million (USD). Engine deliveries begin in 2009.
