SHANNON, Ireland, May 13, 2015 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Airbus A321 aircraft to Air China.The aircraft is part of GECAS’ existing order book with Airbus.
Air China is a longstanding GECAS customer and is the flag carrier of the People’s Republic of China with a fleet of more than 300 aircraft.
SHANNON, Ireland, April 29, 2015 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft to VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A. as part of a four-aircraft purchase-and-leaseback transaction. The three remaining aircraft in the deal are scheduled for delivery later in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

FUTTSU CITY, Japan -- GE Unit (NYSE:GE), GE Energy Financial Services has formed a new partnership with Tokyo-based renewable energy project developer, Green Power Investment Corp. (“GPI”), to invest in a 42-megawatt (DC) photovoltaic solar power project in Futtsu City, Japan. GE Energy Financial Services will invest alongside GPI in the project. In addition to the investment from GPI and GE Energy Financial Services, financing from a syndicate of four banks, led by The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. will be utilized for the project.
CHICAGO - GE Capital today announced it is providing financing as part of an $88 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of America’s Auto Auction (AAA) by Trinity Hunt Partners. GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger and joint-bookrunner on this facility, and GE Capital made an equity investment alongside the new owners.
