BELFORT, FRANCE (January 14, 2003) --- GE Power Systems is supplying four Frame 9FA gas turbines to Edison Termoelettrica S.p.A. of Milan, a subsidiary of Edison S.p.A., for two power plants in Italy.
Two of the gas turbines will be used by Caffaro Energia S.r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary of Edison S.p.A., for a power plant at Torviscosa in the Udine province, Friuli region of northeastern Italy. The other two units will be used for a second power plant located at Altomonte in the Cosenza province, Calabria region of southern Italy.

Dubai, UAE, April 8, 2002 -- GE Power Systems launches a new gas turbine Service Centre in Abu Dhabi today.
The Service Centre will be managed by Gulf Turbine Services - a joint venture between General Electric and Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company (GAMCO) which was established in November 2001 to carry out repairs on GE and non-GE designed gas turbine components in the UAE.
