2015年12月14日，北京 -- 今天，通用电气（GE）公司和中国华能集团公司（华能集团）在北京签署战略合作谅解备忘录，双方将在管理培训、发电技术、工业互联网和海外项目开发等方面展开更加密切的合作，通过技术交流、实践共享，推进最新能源技术的开发和应用，提升企业的竞争力，共同走向国际市场。

华能集团是中国最大的发电公司之一，主要业务是开发、建设和经营管理大型发电厂，在发电技术、清洁能源、节能环保等领域具有较强的研发和创新能力。GE与华能集团的合作可以追溯到上个世纪八十年代末期。GE从蒸汽轮机发电机组、水轮机发电机组等设备供应商开始，到2000年以后双方高层领导的互访，以及参加中美各种商业和企业领导干部项目，GE与华能的合作伙伴关系已有近30的历史。本次战略协议的签署，更将合作延伸到了企业文化的建设和海外市场的共同开拓。

Ge宣布颜巴赫燃气发电机组中国最大单笔订单

2015年12月10日-北京-GE（NYSE:GE）宣布中国颜巴赫燃气发电机组最大单笔订单。GE今日宣布将为山西晋城煤业集团提供12台符合绿色创想认证的3.35兆瓦J620燃气发电机组以支持位于山西省晋城市的成庄煤矿煤层气/瓦斯（CMM）电厂扩容。此项目同时也支持国家在减少煤炭生产对环境影响方面的努力。 当2016年二期40兆瓦扩容完成时，整个燃气发电厂的总容量将达到58兆瓦，产生的电力输送至本地电网。电站通过颜巴赫发电机组利用煤矿富含的甲烷气发电，将减少温室气体向大气中的排放。电厂一期有另外一家供应商提供的九台早期的燃气发电机组。 “为满足客户电厂建站的特定技术、服务诉求，我们为晋煤集团成庄项目选择了GE颜巴赫J620型燃气发电机组。”杰瑞分布能源公司总经理刁仁辉介绍说，杰瑞分布能源公司是杰瑞股份（股票代码：SZ002353）的子公司，GE工程、采购和建设施工（EPC）项目的合作伙伴，“GE丰富的技术专业知识和完善的供应链能够帮助我们快速向客户交付设备。此项目将提高现有电厂的能源效率并进一步减少成庄煤矿的甲烷排放。” 与煤炭和柴油相比，天然气预计将在中国能源供应方面扮演着越来越重要的角色，然而用煤层气/瓦斯发电在接下来的五年间仍然具有很大的增长和比重，特别对于山西省这个拥有全国煤层气储量超过百分之三十以及产量占百分之四十的省份尤为如此。
