PARIS, FRANCE - June 13, 2016 - Today, GE (NYSE:GE) announced an agreement under which COFACE will provide an additional line of credit for gas turbine combined cycle projects that require export financing in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Brazil. As a result, GE will invest €35 million to develop 60 hertz heavy duty gas turbine manufacturing capabilities in Belfort, France.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y.-June 9, 2016-GE (NYSE: GE) has signed a contract with Hubco to provide its digital industrial solutions for the 1,292-megawatt (MW) Hubco power plant in Baluchistan, Pakistan. Commissioned in 1997, the plant operates four 323-MW generating units. Additionally, it’s the largest independent steam power plant in Pakistan and exports power to the national grid.

New Delhi, India - June 7, 2016 - Alstom Bharat Forge Power Private Ltd. (ABFPPL), the joint venture company between GE and Bharat Forge Ltd., has signed a contract worth $219 million approximately (14950 M INR approx.) with NTPC Limited. GE LM2500+航改型燃气轮机利用煤焦化过程中所产生的副产品 -- 焦炉煤气 (COG) ，进行发电，并配有控制氮氧化物排放的注水装置。此次2台 航改型燃气轮机被选用来置换华丰焦化厂原有的2台COG 锅炉。 锅炉发电的能源效率仅有27%左右，排放不达标，对环境污染大。 替代后的燃机不仅可以直接发电，还可以和该厂区现有的汽轮机构成联合循环发电系统，整体发电效率可高达42%， 比原先提高了近15个百分点，极大程度促进了华丰的技术和产业升级及其能源的综合利用率。 同时，这2台燃机的配置充分考虑了华丰公司实际生产需求，为COG的使用留下灵活调节的空间。
