今回受注した産業用高性能CT、phoenix nanotom mは非破壊的な方法によって、従来の製品において撮影対象であった鋳造品をはじめとする軽金属製品に加え、新たに樹脂やセラミックス、半導体などをナノレベルまで断層撮影し、3次元位置計測と高精度な欠陥解析により、包含物（不純物）や空孔のサイズ、ボリュームおよび密度情報を正確に測定する検査装置です。
