BOSTON, Mass.—March 19, 2020—GE (NYSE:GE) announced that, together with Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) (“Danaher”), it has entered into a consent decree agreement with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (the “FTC”) in connection with GE’s definitive agreement to sell its BioPharma business to Danaher for approximately $20 billion of net proceeds. GE currently expects to close the transaction on March 31, 2020.

Les entités légales du groupe GE en France ont publié des résultats en progression en 2019 au titre de l’Index de mesure de l'égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes.
Sur l’année écoulée, GE en France a enregistré un score global de 84 sur 100 sur le périmètre constitué des 20 entités de plus de 50 salariés. Ce score est à comparer au résultat de l’année précédente affiché par les 11 entités de plus de 250 salariés de GE en France qui était alors de de 73 sur 100.
