MOSCOW---May 4, 2011---As GE (NYSE:GE) continues to expand its energy business in Russia, it has launched a new sales and service operation for electric motors.
Based in Moscow, the new business unit will help Russian, CIS and Eastern European companies to develop their business while reducing their power consumption and increasing energy efficiency in accordance with the national strategy announced by the president and the Government of the Russian Federation.
