La finalisation de cette opération fait suite à l’obtention des autorisations réglementaires requises dans plus de 20 pays et régions, notamment auprès de l’Union européenne, des États-Unis, de la Chine, de l’Inde, du Japon et du Brésil. Il s’agit de la plus importante acquisition industrielle réalisée par GE dans son histoire.
