CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GE Antares today announced it served as administrative agent for a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of Rotex Global LLC, by Windjammer Capital Investors. Windjammer, in conjunction with management, provided both the subordinated debt and equity for the transaction.

The senior secured credit facility consisted of a revolving credit facility and a term loan facility. Proceeds of the credit facility were used to fund the acquisition of Rotex and working capital needs.
