EVENDALE, OH -- June 12, 2009 -- Delta Air Lines has signed a 10-year OnPointSM solution agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance and overhaul of the GE90-110B1L2 engines, powering its entire Boeing 777-200LR fleet.

TOKYO -- J-AIR Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan Airlines, has signed a 10-year OnPointsm solution agreement with GE Aviation for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of its new CF34-8E engines powering 10 Embraer ERJ170 aircraft.
Delivery of the ERJ170 aircraft to the airline began in 2008.
FAIRFIELD, Conn.--12 June 2009-- The Board of Directors of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) today authorized a regular quarterly dividend of .10 per outstanding share of the Company's common stock.
