GE Capital Aviation Services Delivers First of Six New Leased Boeing 737-800s to Air India Express

SHANNON, Ireland - March 29, 2016 - GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft to new customer Air India Express to expand the carrier’s fleet. Five more new 737-800 aircraft are scheduled for delivery to the airline later this year.  All are part of GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing.
