GE Money and Polaris Industries Sign Exclusive Victory Financing Agreement

KETTERING, OHIO and MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. -- November 29 2010 -- GE Money Sales Finance, a consumer lending unit of General Electric Company (NYSE:GE - News), today announced an agreement with Polaris Industries to be the exclusive provider of promotional financing for Victory motorcycles. The multi-year program is managed by GE Money's Sales Finance unit and continues the financing relationship that was originally launched in 2006.

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--23 November 2010-- General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) has been notified of an unsolicited "mini-tender" offer by TRC Capital Corporation to purchase up to 5 million shares, or approximately 0.05%, of the outstanding GE common stock at a price of $15.15 per share. TRC's offer price represents approximately a 4.5% discount to the $15.86 closing price of GE common stock on November 16, 2010, the day before the offer commenced.
