GEH Signs MOU with Warsaw-based Energoprojekt Warszawa, S.A.
WILMINGTON, N.C.---July 27, 2011--- With Poland evaluating two GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) reactor models for the country's first nuclear power plant projects, GEH today announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Warsaw-based engineering firm Energoprojekt Warszawa, S.A. (EW) to discuss the feasibility of partnering on future reactor projects.

NORWALK, CT -- GE Capital announced today the formation of a new strategic relationship with Tokyo-based Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Under the terms of the arrangement, Mitsui intends to establish an investment management program to co-invest alongside GE Capital in U.S. commercial finance assets. In addition, Mitsui and GE Capital will explore global opportunities in areas such as financing for original equipment manufacturers and renewable energy.

FLORENCE, ITALY---July 26, 2011---GE Oil & Gas has entered into an agreement with Bechtel International, Inc. for the supply of compression technology for two customized LNG refrigeration trains for the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project in Western Australia. A final investment decision on the Wheatstone Project is expected in the second half of 2011.
