Visal Leng is President and CEO, Asia Pacific, GE Oil & Gas. With more than 20 years of Industrial experience at GE, Visal has held roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Finance and Quality across the Plastics, Infrastructure, Water and Oil & Gas businesses primarily in Europe and Asia. Visal holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics of Paris, France.

GE Board of Directors Approves 4% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

BOSTON - December 9, 2016 - The Board of Directors of GE (NYSE: GE) today raised the Company’s quarterly dividend 4%, or $0.01 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock, to $0.24 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The Board declared that the dividend is payable January 25, 2017 to shareowners of record at the close of business on December 27, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 22, 2016.

Australia's Department of Defence extends GE engine support contract for Super Hornet, adds Growler

SYDNEY, Australia - December 2, 2016 -  The Australian Department of Defence today announced a $232 million contract extension to expand GE Aviation’s support of jet engines for the Royal Australian Air Force's (RAAF) fighter fleet until 2025.

Under the contract, GE will provide engineering, supply and maintenance support for the 84 engines of Australia’s F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft fleets. Australia’s Growler fleet is scheduled to enter service in 2017.
