(GE Duna Park Lights Gives Burnham Park A Facelift)
Baguio City steps up in the promotion anew of this colorful and beautiful tourist destination by partnering with GE in adopting a new lighting technology for its premiere attraction, Burnham Park, which is now awashed with vibrant and energy-efficient park lighting along Lake Drive, courtesy of GE LED Decorative Park Lights. The move makes Baguio City one of the first cities in the Philippines to utilize LED lighting technology.
GE announced strong fourth-quarter 2010 earnings from continuing operations (attributable to GE) of $3.9 billion, or $0.36 per share, up 33% from the fourth quarter of 2009.
