東京（2021年5月11日）―GEリニューアブルエナジーと東芝エネルギーシステムズは本日、GEのHaliade-X洋上風力タービンの製造プロセスの主要な工程を日本国内で行い、同国でのビジネスを促進するための戦略的提携契約に署名したと発表しました。この戦略的合意は、GEと東芝の国内外での長期的な関係に基づくものであり、今後、日本においてGEの洋上風力技術が競争力を高めることになります。提携の一環として、両社は、技術、製造設備と生産技術、建設、運用、メンテナンスといった専門知識を提供します。

パリ、2020年11月12日　GEリニューアブルエナジーは、現在世界中で稼働している風力タービンの中で最も強力であるHaliade-X 12 MWプロトタイプが世界最大の独立認証機関であるDNV GLから正式な証明書を受け取ったことを発表しました。今年6月に発表された暫定的型式証明に続くこの正式な型式証明は、新しいタービンが安全かつ確実に設計仕様に従って動作することを独立機関として証明するものです。本件は、お客様がタービンを採用する際の資金調達を可能にするための重要なステップともなります。
