SHANNON, Ireland, October 7, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced the delivery of an Embraer 190 to BoraJet Arlines to help the carrier’s fleet expansion. This is GECAS’ first transaction with BoraJet.
BoraJet, based in Istanbul, operates a fleet of six Embraer 190s to destinations throughout Turkey.
SHANNON, Ireland, September 22, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced the completion of a purchase-and-leaseback transaction with Philippine Airlines involving two new Airbus A321 aircraft. The two aircraft -- one delivered in August, and the other earlier this month -- will be used to expand the airline's fleet.
Philippine Airlines, the flag carrier of the Philippines, operates a fleet of some 50 aircraft to more than 40 destinations.

The engines will be used as spares to support the TUI Travel airlines' Boeing 787 fleet.
SHANNON, Ireland, September 3, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, announced it added a new aircraft type to its owned fleet with the completion of a purchase-and-leaseback transaction with Nok Air involving two new Bombardier Q400 NextGen turboprops.
The first aircraft delivered to Nok Air on 26 August 2014 and the second is scheduled for delivery in September.

TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 24, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, has signed an agreement to lease four Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to EVA Airways, following a lease of two B777-300ER aircraft in February 2014. Delivery of the six aircraft is scheduled for 2016 and 2017. The B777-300ERs will modernize EVA's long-range fleet with high fuel-efficiency, more payload capabilities and additional flexibility in serving the nonstop routes stemmed from Taipei, Republic of China.
SHANNON, Ireland, July 11, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, announced delivery of a new leased Airbus A330 aircraft to China Airlines to modernize its fleet. The aircraft is from GECAS' existing order book with Airbus.

SHANNON, Ireland, June 10, 2014 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner to TUI Travel as part of a purchase-and-leaseback transaction.
A second 787 aircraft is scheduled for delivery to TUI Travel later this month.
As part of its wide body strategy, GECAS placed an order directly with Boeing in September 2013 for 10 of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner models. These aircraft are scheduled for delivery beginning in 2019.
