ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 2003--GE Consumer Finance has named Dave Fasoli president of the new Retail Sales Finance Servicing Company, which was created following the purchase of the Conseco Finance Corp. and Mill Creek Bank in June.

The new company will focus on consumer financing and dealer sales programs for the power sports, home improvement, home products and retail industries. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., the organization includes operations in Tempe, Ariz., and Rapid City, S.D., as well as field personnel.
