The scanner allows radiologists to see critical areas of MR images previously compromised by challenging patient conditions. GE Healthcare also introduced a 3.0 Tesla premium MR scanner, continuing GE's leadership in the development of 3.0T MR technology since it installed the first-ever clinical 3.0T MR system in 1993.
