Pat Patnode leads a team of 45+ global licensing professionals, accelerating innovation and growth through technology access and joint development partnerships. He has been leading GE Licensing since 2016 and has been part of its executive management team since 2013. Under Pat's strategic direction, the platform has evolved to qualify intangible assets, substantiate technology differentiators, and monetize via diverse commercialization models spanning patent pools, bilateral licensing, technology transfer ventures and equity partnerships.

Chief Operating Officer

Leading the group’s operations and strategy teams, Tatiana’s focus is to enable the business to scale through developing operational processes, streamlining commercial operations and driving analytics that empower data driven management decisions.

Evan De Leo

Chief Financial Officer

Evan provides strategic financial leadership through LFX of the GE Licensing business from contract development through to management. He oversees a team responsible for commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet health, cashflow performance, equity valuations, and strategic planning. He works closely with finance and controllership functions on licensing activities across GE.

Michael Petracci

Senior Managing Director of Structured Products

Mike leads the Structured Products team overseeing GE’s multiple Patent Pool positions, Durathon Battery JV, Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Business and the restructuring of select GE Businesses with external partners through Technology Transfer, Know-How, and Patent Licensing.

Sukla has over 25 years’ experience in product and technology commercialization, research, innovation, creation and protection of Intellectual Property. She is responsible for technology transfer and licensing collaborations for GE technologies in India.

Tom, with nearly 30 years of experience across GE, leads a team that commercializes GE's intellectual property across various business units, representing the power, aerospace, financial and digital industries.

Jim Vieceli

Managing Director of Business Development

With his 25+ years of operational and strategic expertise in both an operating company and private equity/venture capital firms, Jim supports the Business Creation, Investing, and Licensing teams. He oversees the execution of strategic partnerships, collaborations, and transactions, including financing, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Hasan Rashid

General Counsel

Hasan oversees GE Licensing’s legal affairs, including all Corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, litigation, and licensing activities. He has over 15 years’ experience in IP and Licensing law with significant expertise in the area of standard-essential patents and FRAND licensing.
