How it works
Suitable candidates are hired for a nine-month ‘elevation period’ during which time they have the opportunity to upskill themselves through on the job learning and mentoring. Regular performance evaluation discussions with hiring managers will help them assess their progress. At the end of nine months based on progress made, they may be considered for full-time open roles. The elevation period will be hosted by GE’s partner Her Second Innings.

- Women/LGBTQI+/PWD candidates looking to upskill and efficiently transition into a full-time role at GE and/or
- Women/LGBTQI+/PWD candidates who have the necessary educational qualifications but haven’t started their professional journey due yet due to personal reasons and would like to work for GE
