7F AGP options

Select your turbine type, find your path

  • 7F.03 turbine
  • 7F.04 turbine
  • 7F.05 turbine

AGP upgrades options can improve output, efficiency, and reliability of your 7F.03 unit. The right package depends on goals, existing equipment, and operating budget.

Benefits

What you can achieve

For simple cycle .03 units, the AGP Peaker package can boost output by up to +5-7 MW, enabling reliable starts and responsive performance boosts as needed.

In combined cycle plants, AGP Flex can offer up to +8-10 MW and improve GT heat rate up to 1.3%.

AGP Tech helps advance capability for a 7F.03 unit up to +20 MW when paired with the DLN2.6+ combustor

How GE can get you there

AGP Peaker can improve output in simple cycle 7F.03 turbines by providing an economical means to integrate AGP sealing and coating technologies into .03 HGP hardware

AGP Flex is a partial AGP upgrade package for both simple and combined cycle 7F.03 turbines, with the option to migrate to full AGP over time.

Full AGP installation with AGP Tech and DLN2.6+ for can yield top performance from .03 turbines.

Your 7F.04 unit can improve output and reliability with an AGP Tech conversion upgrade.

Benefits

What you can achieve

Take advantage of your next planned AGP repair by leveraging AGP Tech conversion* technology to move your hardware to the next level.  Many operators use AGP tech conversions to reduce CAPEX and add value to existing inventory.

How GE can get you there

GE can convert existing AGP standard hardware to a Tech configuration* by applying modifications and improved coatings during a planned repair cycle.  When combined with new Tech S2B and S3B, the final configuration will be compatible with existing AGP Tech hardware.

Your 7F.05 unit can deliver its high level performance with an AGP Tech Conversion.

Benefits

What you can achieve

Take advantage of your next planned .05 AGP repair by leveraging AGP Tech conversion* technology to move your .05 hardware to the next level by raising GT output by up to 8MW when paired with DLN2.6+.  Many operators use AGP tech conversions to reduce CAPEX and add value to existing inventory.

How GE can get you there

Along with the DLN2.6+, Stage 2 and 3 buckets must be replaced with new components. Other hardware can be converted during a planned repair cycle, including Stage 1 shroud, Stage 1 bucket, and Stage 1, 2, 3 Nozzles.
