• Increasing Efficiency of Bottling Lines

To remain ahead of its competitors, Browar Warka, a brewery based in Poland, sought to shorten both the launch time of new products onto the market and the time for processing orders. This required increased production line efficiency.

With GE Software, the brewery could leverage real-time information about the bottling lines, enabling a quick reaction to potential problems. The solution collects detailed data about the time and reason for each breakdown and provides up-to-date information on line productivity to the management and line operators. It also enables analyses to be carried out later, which helps to eliminate causes of the stoppages and aid engineers in their everyday work.
