The Summary of Findings section of the Comprehensive Analysis Report displays the value that is stored in the Mechanism field of the RCA Analysis record. This field is labeled Summary of Findings on the RCA Communicate datasheet. This section will be included in the report when you select the Event and Cause Summaries check box on the Comprehensive Analysis Report dialog box.
