After Resources exist for an ASO Analysis, you can assign them to Actions. When you do so, you associate the cost of that resource with each occurrence of the action. This allows you to assign a realistic cost to the action that can be included in the simulation results.
When you assign a Resource to an Action, a System Resource Usage record will be created and will store information that specifies how the Resource will be used (e.g., the quantity and duration).
