Link Equipment or Functional Location Records to an Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA) System

Steps

  1. Access an ACA System.
  2. In the left pane, to add an Equipment record to the system, select .

    -or-

    To add a Functional Location record to the system, select .

    The Asset Finder window appears.

    Note: If you want to remove a Equipment or Functional Location, select . The Equipment and Functional Locations are filtered and displayed based on the site value inherited from the user.

    To search for an Equipment or Functional Location, Select , and then enter the name or keywords to find the Equipment or Functional Location that you want to add to the system.

  3. Next to the Equipment or Functional Location you want to add, select .

    The Equipment or Functional Location is added to the list for that system.

  4. Select Done.

    The system is updated with the new Equipment or Functional Location.
