At run time, when a user logs in or enters an electronic signature, he receives an error if the account has been disabled. The application developer can configure the message to display, such as a telephone number or the name of a contact person; otherwise, a general message displays. To configure the account disabled message:
-Or- In Ribbon view, on the Home tab, in the WorkSpace group, click Settings, and then click User Preferences.
