Exporting a Tag Group File as a CSV File
To export a tag
group file as a CSV file:
- In the iFIX Tag Group Editor, on the File menu, click Save As. The Save As dialog box appears. By default, it is set to the C:\Program Files (x86)\GE\iFIX\PIC path.
- From the Save as type list, select CSV Files (*.CSV).
- Enter a file name, and click Save. The file will be saved with a .CSV extension.
TIP: The tag group file must be located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\GE\iFIX\PIC directory for tag group substitutions to work correctly.
