You can enter tag group symbols in a picture for the following object properties:

Command button caption
Variable object current value
Text object caption
Animation data source
Chart pen data source (historical and real-time)
Enhanced chart data source (historical and real-time)
Event data source
Data link data source
Historical data link data source

You can also use tag group symbols with the following picture methods in a script:

TagGroupValue
TagGroupSubstitution
