Step 1	Enable the Tracker Configuration User Interface for RCO.
Step 2	Lock a folder or existing site.
Step 3	Configure a routing control site.
Step 4	Configure triggers.
Step 5	Configure decisions.
Step 6	Configure routing logic.
Step 7	Save RCO configuration data.
Step 8	Activate the Routing Control site.
Step 9	Set RCO alarming and logging in the TrackerCfg_UI.
Step 10	Use additional configuration functions and utilities.
