Purpose	To specify is the Slider Value Time should or should not display in milliseconds.
Value	Enter one of the following.
	Y/y/1 or Not listed	Enabled	Displays `Hour:Minute:Seconds:Milliseconds`.
	N/n/0	Disabled	Follows the regional time settings.
	Default	Enabled
